Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) Disclosure Text
1. Data Controller
As Ehil Hukuk Grubu (“Ehil Hukuk” or the “Company”), in our capacity as data controller pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), we aim to inform you about the processing of your personal data.
2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is processed for the purposes of providing legal services, managing client relations, fulfilling legal obligations, executing contract processes and exercising our legal rights.
3. Processed Personal Data
Your name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, address, business information and other personal data you share during the legal consultancy process may be processed.
4. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations within the scope of our legal obligations, to third-party suppliers from whom we receive services, and to relevant third parties in cases where legal obligations exist.
5. Retention of Personal Data
Your personal data is retained for the period required by the processing purpose and within the framework of legal retention periods. When the period expires or processing is no longer required, your data is deleted or anonymized.
6. Your Rights Under the KVKK
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK No. 6698, you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed
- To request information about your personal data if it has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose
- To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred within Turkey or abroad
- To request the correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly
- To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the other conditions stipulated in the KVKK
